Is there a fifth ruling for divorce, that of obligation, and in what case does it occur?

Divorce is obligatory in two cases: First: If a man makes an oath of abstinence (ila’) from his wife for more than four months and does not have intercourse with her, he must divorce her. Second: If the woman is not chaste and the husband cannot reform her.
