Is it permissible to perform the Istikhara prayer concerning a nose filler injection procedure when hesitant about the need for it?

Filler is a substance injected to fill voids in body parts for cosmetic and enhancement purposes. Its use for this purpose is not permissible because it alters Allah's creation. Istikhara (seeking guidance from Allah) is not prescribed for such prohibited procedures, as Istikhara is for the permissible, not for the forbidden.
