What is the ruling on injecting the nose with temporary fillers to conceal the nasal bone, if it causes the person to become isolated, experience psychological problems, and a loss of self-confidence?

Fillers are flexible substances injected under the skin to fill voids. Their use is permissible for correcting defects if they are safe and harmless. If they cause harm, their use is not permissible, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm." Many scholars have issued fatwas permitting cosmetic surgeries to remove deformities if they cause psychological or physical harm, provided that no equal or greater harm results from them, and that their use is limited to removing defects without deception, seeking to enhance beauty, or altering Allah's creation.
