What is the Sharia ruling regarding the statement of some psychiatrists that homosexuals are born this way and are unable to change their inclination, from the perspective of health and the jurisprudential ruling?

Allah created humans with an inclination towards interaction between male and female. Deviating from this natural inclination is a departure from innate human nature, as exemplified in the words of the Prophet Lut to his people: "And you abandon what your Lord has created for you of your spouses? Rather, you are a transgressing people." And Allah's saying: "Do you commit indecency while you are seeing?" The claim of inability to change perverse inclinations is a surrender to Satan and the self that incites evil. This contradicts the human obligation to abandon this abomination, for Allah inspired the soul with its wickedness and its righteousness, guided humanity to the path, and gave it the ability to distinguish between good and evil.
