To what extent is the circulating hadith about the story of the date palm that was the cause for Abu al-Dahdah to acquire palm groves in Paradise authentic?

The story mentioned by the questioner about Abu al-Dahdah giving up his garden in exchange for a date palm in Paradise is authentically established in the hadiths. It was narrated by Imam Ahmad, Ibn Hibban, and Al-Hakim.
