Should the Imam wait if he hears the worshippers rushing to catch the Rukoo’ (bowing) or the last Tashahhud (testification of faith)?

It is best for the Imam not to rush the prayer and to consider those praying behind him. However, if he delays slightly for an approaching person to catch the bowing, prostration, or tashahhud with him, this is better.
