Your repetition of ablution does not invalidate your fast. Swallowing saliva does not invalidate the fast, and it is not necessary to spit it out. Similarly, swallowing saliva with the taste of dust has no effect on the fast. Therefore, your fast is valid, and you are not required to repeat it.
