If a person passes away leaving a wife, a full brother, a full sister, four maternal brothers, and one maternal sister, and no other heirs, then: - The wife receives one-quarter, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for them is one-fourth of what you leave if you have no child." - The maternal brothers and sister receive one-third, divided equally among them, based on the Almighty's saying: "Then they are sharers in one-third." - What remains goes to the full brother and full sister by ta’sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if they are brothers, men and women, then for the male is the share of two females."

The inheritance is divided into 180 shares: - Wife: 45 shares. - Each maternal brother: 12 shares. - Maternal sister: 12 shares. - Full brother: 50 shares. - Full sister: 25 shares.
