What is the authenticity of the hadith, "The believer is astute and discerning"?

This Hadith: "The believer is astute, discerning, and cautious" was narrated by Al-Qada'i in "Musnad Al-Shihab" and by Abu Al-Sheikh Al-Isbahani in "Al-Amthal" through the chain of Sulaiman ibn Amr Al-Nakha'i, from Aban, from Anas ibn Malik, مرفوعًا (traced back to the Prophet). This is a fabricated chain of narration and cannot be authentically attributed to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.

As for "Aban" (ibn Abi Ayyash), Shu'bah accused him of lying, and Ahmad, Ibn Ma'in, and Al-Nasa'i abandoned his narrations. As for "Sulaiman ibn Amr Al-Nakha'i," he is one of the famous fabricators of Hadith. Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Yahya ibn Ma'in said about him: "He used to fabricate Hadith and was the most untruthful of people."

Therefore, this Hadith is null and fabricated, as mentioned by Al-Munawi and Al-Albani.
