Is it permissible for a female student to be absent from evening lectures and have her attendance recorded in required courses by her female colleagues due to her fear of the dangers of transportation during the evening?

The Arabic language and Islamic culture are essential for a Muslim. Friends signing on behalf of an absent student is considered impermissible lying and deception, unless it is highly probable that attending evening lectures poses a danger to one's life or honor. In such a case, absence is permissible, and may even be obligatory. Consequently, the signatures would then be permitted, as the means to fulfilling obligations are themselves obligatory.
