What is the religious ruling regarding three separate divorces, one of which was pronounced with the words "you are divorced, divorced, divorced" in a state of extreme anger, and another divorce with the same wording and at the wife's request, and are all of these divorces considered irrevocable, and what is the way to reconciliation?

By divorcing your wife with three pronouncements, she becomes irrevocably separated from you (baynunah kubra). She is not lawful for you until she marries another man in a valid marriage and that marriage is consummated. Then, if that husband divorces her, it becomes permissible for you to marry her with a new contract and a new dowry, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿Divorce is twice. Then, either keep her honourably or release her kindly.﴾ You can refer to the Sharia courts for such cases.
