Third: A triple divorce counts as a single divorce, according to the preponderant opinion.

Fourth: If a man utters an explicit divorce, the divorce takes effect whether he intended it or not, unless he was coerced into it, or was in a state of extreme anger, in which case it does not take effect. The questioner should follow the opinion of a scholar whom he trusts.
