What is the ruling on working on a project that provides information on stock exchange trading via the internet and mobile phone for a financial subscription, knowing that it displays all companies and does not allow buying and selling, and is it permissible to work on an economic website affiliated with it but with separate management?

If it is highly probable that the project will be used in prohibited transactions prevalent in stock exchanges, then it is not permissible to participate in it or assist in it, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, if the program is predominantly used for viewing only, without prohibited transactions, then there is no objection to working on it. And there is no objection to working on an economic news website, provided there is no promotion of the prohibited program.
