What is the expiation for an abortion in the third month when forced, and what is the amount of its blood money in Saudi Riyals, and who pays it, and can it be paid to charity organizations?

Abortion is prohibited if the fetus is 120 days old, unless continuing the pregnancy poses a definite danger to the mother's life, or the fetus has died inside her. As for before the ensoulment, it is also prohibited except for a legitimate Shar'i benefit or to avert an expected harm.

Regarding blood money (diyah) and expiation (kaffarah), in the case of abortion in the third month (before ensoulment and after formation), if it was intentional, blood money is mandatory, which is one-tenth of the woman's blood money (approximately 213 grams of gold), and it is distributed among the fetus's heirs, excluding the one who caused it. There is disagreement regarding the expiation, but it is safer to perform it, which is freeing a slave or fasting for two consecutive months.
