What is the ruling on eating in a place where it is forbidden to do so, and is this act considered like eating the unlawful?

If food is halal (definition) by original Shariah ruling, then prohibiting it or forbidding its consumption in a specific place, or for a certain reason, does not make it haram (definition) in itself. Rather, the prohibition relates only to its consumption in that particular place. Haram food is only that which Allah and His Messenger have forbidden. Eating halal food in a place where eating is prohibited does not make it haram; rather, it is an act of disobedience to the one who prohibited it.
