Is it permissible for me to use a rosary (subḥah) that has the name of Allah on it?

Merely passing one's fingers over the beads of a rosary (misbaha) inscribed with the glorious name of Allah does not constitute a desecration of Allah's name. However, it is preferable to use a rosary that does not bear Allah's name to avoid exposing it to falling or desecration. The use of a rosary has been permitted in Fatwa no. 33297.
