Does Satan know what goes on in our minds, so he whispers to us what suits our thoughts, or what?

Satan is close to man, flowing through him like blood, and knows what desires he yearns for, making them appealing to him, because he engulfs his heart. If God is mentioned, he withdraws, and if one becomes heedless, he whispers. The angels also know what is in the heart of the son of Adam, and they see him and hear the whisperings of his soul. It has been established that Satan knows what the servant desires and intends, whether good or evil deeds. Every human being has an accompanying jinn and an accompanying angel. The believer overcomes his devil by obeying God, while the disobedient strengthens his devil through his disobedience.
