Is it possible that the cause of continuous stagnation, and the failure to complete a marriage or a job, is sorcery (sihr), and what is the appropriate treatment for such a condition?

Patience is the tool of the believer and the most expansive and beneficial thing a person can be given. Without it, a person hastens matters and misses out on the good of this world and the Hereafter. Ibn Al-Qayyim emphasized that perfection, victory, success, and protection from ailments of the body and heart—all of this is not achieved except through patience. It is the greatest antidote, and through it, the companionship of Allah, His love, and His support are attained. Therefore, the questioner must observe patience and piety, repent, and increase in the remembrance of Allah, supplication, and seeking forgiveness.
