Is it permissible to draw the country's flag on the skin with dye colors?

Every nation has an emblem that represents it. Respect and veneration for this flag depend on the extent to which the nation's system conforms to Islamic Sharia. If the nation is hostile to Islam, it is not permissible to celebrate its flag. However, if it is a Muslim nation, there is no harm in drawing its flag on the skin, as long as it causes no harm.
