Is it permissible to wear a shawl with the flag of a Muslim country drawn on it for moral support?

It is permissible to wear a scarf bearing the flag of an Islamic country to offer them moral support and advocate for their just cause. The fundamental principle regarding clothing is permissibility unless there is evidence of prohibition, based on the Almighty's saying: "O Children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best. That is one of the signs of Allah," and His saying: "Say, 'Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has produced for His servants and the good things, from His provision?' Say, 'They are for those who have believed in worldly life, exclusively for them on the Day of Resurrection.'"
