What acts of worship are permissible for a woman to perform during her menstruation, such as reading the Qur’an, seeking forgiveness (Istighfar), glorifying God (Tasbeeh), and others?

It is permissible for a menstruating woman to remember Allah, glorify Him, seek His forgiveness, recite the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), and recite the Quran without touching the Mushaf (the physical copy of the Quran).
