The missed fasting days in Ramadan due to menstruation are something Allah has ordained for women, and they must accept it. Your longing for Ramadan and your sorrow over missing some acts of worship in it are signs of faith. Know that menstruation is not a reason to abandon reading the Quran. A menstruating woman is permitted to read the Quran without directly touching the Mus'haf (the physical copy of the Quran) or by listening to it.
