If the questioner means by janaba in the bathroom the performance of ghusl (ritual bath) for janaba there, then there is no harm in her performing ghusl in the same place. The bathroom is a place for purification and for performing ghusl for all reasons necessitating it. She may clean the place if she finds it dirty.
