Is it obligatory for a wife to perform ghusl for janabah while she is menstruating, or should she wait until her menstruation ceases and then perform ghusl once?

A woman is not required to perform ghusl (ritual bath) for janabah (major ritual impurity) before her menstruation ceases. She is permitted to delay the ghusl until she becomes pure, whether she performed ghusl for janabah before her menstruation ended or delayed it until she became pure from both.
