What is the ruling on farmers throwing their crops into the street in protest of the state's policy of importing the same products?

Farmers are not permitted to destroy their crops, as this constitutes ingratitude for blessings, corruption, and wastefulness of wealth. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the wasting of wealth. Wasting wealth means spending it in ways that are not Islamically permissible and exposing it to spoilage, which is corruption, and Allah does not love those who cause corruption.
