What is the ruling on trading agricultural produce and selling it in another country, given that the non-Muslim government prohibits its removal from the country and sale to a neighboring country for reasons related to the country's need for it?

A Muslim residing in non-Muslim countries must abide by their laws as long as they do not contradict the Sharia (definition), based on the general import of Allah's Almighty saying: "And those who are to their trusts and their covenants attentive" and "And fulfill the covenant of Allah when you have made a covenant." Therefore, it is obligatory to abide by the law and not trade the crop outside the aforementioned country, especially if the matter is for the benefit of the country, in accordance with the Hadith (definition): "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
