Will a person be held accountable who harms others by word and deed, and is not forgiven, especially if the victim feels humiliated and wronged and cannot retaliate due to their weak personality?

Injustice is darknesses on the Day of Resurrection. If a woman commits injustice and harms others through verbal abuse, physical assault, or any other form of harm, she is an oppressor and deserves severe warning, unless she is forgiven.

If she cannot be deterred, there is no sin in abandoning her and not speaking to her if her presence causes harm.

Her matter should be brought to the attention of someone who can deter her, explaining the danger of her actions and that she is exposing herself to Allah's wrath.

If you wish to claim your right, do not transgress against her. Forgiveness is better, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And the retribution for an evil act is an evil act equivalent to it. But whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is due from Allah. Indeed, He does not like wrongdoers.﴾ [Ash-Shura: 40] and His saying: ﴿And that you pardon is nearer to righteousness.﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 237].

It is permissible to supplicate against her to the extent of the injustice, but patience and awaiting relief are better.
