Is it permissible for Ahmad, who leaves home at 7 AM and returns at 6 PM due to his studies being far away, to delay the prayers until his return, and is it permissible for him to pray Fajr before its prescribed time, and is he required to perform all prayers before or after iftar?

Allah has commanded the preservation of prayer at its prescribed times, making it a characteristic of believers, and has warned those who do not observe it. Prayer performed at its time is one of the greatest obligations of Islam, and it must be performed anywhere when a mosque is unavailable. Prayer is the first thing a servant will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment, and abandoning it is considered disbelief or polytheism. One must take care of it and not delay it, except in cases of combining prayers due to a legitimate excuse such as illness or travel. It is not permissible to perform any prayer before its time. One must repent from delaying prayers, and whoever misses a prayer due to sleep or forgetfulness must make it up immediately.
