How sound is the Hadith: "Whoever says at the time of breaking the fast: 'O Most Great, O Most Great, You are my God, there is no god but You, forgive the great sin,' he will emerge from his sins as on the day his mother gave birth to him"?

The aforementioned hadith is weak because it is anomalous and contains unknown narrators in its chain of transmission. Its wording is: "There is no Muslim who fasts and says at the time of breaking his fast: 'O Great, O Great, You are my God, there is no god but You, forgive me the great sin, for none forgives the great sin except the Great,' but that he emerges from his sins as on the day his mother gave birth to him. Teach it to your offspring, for it is a word that Allah and His Messenger love, and by it, the affairs of this world and the Hereafter are set aright."
