Will the husband be absolved before Allah if the wife remains silent about her rights and waives her claims to her money, children, and the apartment she established with her own funds, due to his ill-treatment involving beating and cursing, and the impossibility of continuing to live with him?

If a husband takes his wife's money or apartment without her consent, he is an aggressor and an oppressor. Similarly, his striking her or mistreating her—all of this is oppression. As for the children, he has no right to take them from her if she has a greater right to their custody. Custody belongs to the mother after separation, unless she remarries. The husband's liability is not discharged merely by the wife's silence out of fear; rather, it requires her explicit, willing, and intentional absolution of him. If the wife forgives, forgiveness is better.
