What is the ruling on someone who claims the existence of supernatural powers and people who fly? And is it permissible to believe such claims?

The assertion that there is a supernatural power that acts on its own is false and contradicts the Oneness of Allah, His absolute Lordship, and His comprehensive power over His creation. For Allah is the Disposer of affairs in the universe, and He is the Strong, the Adamant. The Quranic verses affirm that all power belongs to Allah, that He is severe in punishment, and that He is the Strong, the All-Mighty, the Possessor of strength, the Adamant.

The existence of powerful creations by Allah's permission, such as the blowing of the Trumpet, is not denied, but this power is from Allah. As for the flying of some individuals, it does not indicate their superiority or miraculousness unless they adhere to the Sharia. Therefore, one should not be deceived by those who walk on water or fly in the air until their matter is presented to the Qur'an and Sunnah.
