Is it the case that a person who memorizes three verses daily from the Noble Quran, despite being able to memorize more, and whose intention is to memorize the entire Quran, will receive the reward for memorizing the Noble Quran if Allah takes his soul before he completes it?

"Whoever intends to perform an act and exerts their utmost effort in it, but then an obstacle prevents them from completing it, will receive the full reward for the act. However, whoever does not exert their full effort will only be rewarded for what they actually accomplished. Accordingly, whoever was able to memorize the Qur'an but did not exert their effort in it, and then was prevented from completing it, will only be rewarded for what they memorized. Memorizing the Qur'an is among the best deeds, and its memorizer will receive a great reward on the Day of Judgment, and their parents will be honored because of them."
