Memorization
- Is memorizing Surat Al-Baqarah or Al-Imran, or performing Hajj, a prerequisite for marriage approval, given the fear that such memorization might not be solely for the sake of Allah?
- Is erasing Qur'anic verses written on a tablet with water and a cloth after memorization considered part of proper etiquette? And what is the correct method for erasing?
- How authentic is the narration stating that Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, memorized Surat Al-Baqarah in eight years? What was the reason for this long period? What is the optimal method for memorizing the Quran? Should a person continue memorizing the entire Quran, or should they alternate between it and memorizing scholarly texts? What is better when choosing between memorizing the Quran with difficulty and memorizing Sahih Al-Bukhari with ease?
- Is it the case that a person who memorizes three verses daily from the Noble Quran, despite being able to memorize more, and whose intention is to memorize the entire Quran, will receive the reward for memorizing the Noble Quran if Allah takes his soul before he completes it?

- What is the ruling on looking at the Mus'haf during recitation without the teacher's knowledge, and is it permissible to obtain an Ijazah in this case, and would this Ijazah be considered valid for granting permission to others?
