Is it permissible for someone who is not performing Hajj or Umrah to circumambulate the Kaaba (Tawaf), walk between Safa and Marwah (Sa'i), and supplicate therein?

Sa'y between Safa and Marwa is not prescribed except during Hajj and Umrah. As for voluntary circumambulation (Tawaf) around the Kaaba, it is recommended, especially for those not residing in Mecca, as they can only perform Tawaf during the days of Hajj. However, Sa'y is not performed after these circumambulations except once, because performing it voluntarily is not prescribed.
