Is there anyone who can explain to judges and their clerks the prohibition of bribery, or a committee that can prosecute them for such actions?

Bribery is one of the major sins, and its perpetrator is cursed, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the briber and the bribed," and the intermediary. Requesting and accepting a bribe is forbidden if it is to take what is not one's right, or to avoid an obligatory duty. As for bribery to ward off injustice or harm, or to obtain a right, it is permissible for the giver, and the sin falls upon the taker.
