Is there a Sunnah prayer called "Sunnat al-Safar" (Prayer of Travel) in Islamic law, consisting of two Rak'ahs to be prayed before a traveler departs from his home?

It is desirable to pray two rak'ahs upon leaving the house, whether for travel or otherwise, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "When you leave your house, pray two rak'ahs, for they will prevent you from an evil exit. And when you enter your house, pray two rak'ahs, for they will prevent you from an evil entry." Al-Albani graded this hadith as authentic. As for what has been narrated regarding the virtue of two rak'ahs when traveling in the hadith, "No servant leaves behind for his family anything better than two rak'ahs he prays with them when he intends to travel," it is a weak hadith. It is also from the Sunnah to recite the prescribed supplications when traveling.
