Is the prayer of women like the prayer of men, and is the Iqamah obligatory for them?

The basic principle is that there is no difference between men and women in the manner of performing prayer, neither in words nor in actions, except for some postures specific to women, such as vocalizing the recitation (except under certain conditions), and the Imamate of women where the Imam stands in their middle. The (call to commence prayer) is not obligatory for either men or women.
