Should I be concerned that my supplication for myself might be answered in a way I don't remember, given that I suffer from OCD?

Make it easy on yourself and do not pay attention to these whispers, nor give them any importance. Strive to supplicate for yourself for the good of this world and the Hereafter, and have a good opinion of your Lord, the Most High. Do not repeat supplicating against yourself, for it is forbidden, and what you have supplicated against yourself will not be answered, Allah willing.
