Is it permissible for me to pray the 'Isha prayer after the first Adhan for Fajr prayer, and do I sin for not performing it and for the prayer I missed while on the road?

Missing the Asr prayer without a valid excuse is among the gravest of major sins, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever misses the Asr prayer, it is as if he has been deprived of his family and his wealth," and "Whoever misses the Asr prayer, his deeds are rendered void." Excusing yourself by saying you are on your way home is not a valid excuse; rather, you must seek a place to pray or combine prayers if permissible. As for the Isha prayer, sleeping before it is disliked. A sleeping person is excused if sleep overcomes them after they have taken measures to wake up. The time for Isha extends until just before the second dawn (Fajr al-Thani), and the first dawn does not end the time for Isha. You must be careful not to sleep until you have prayed Isha, and if sleep overcomes you, you must take measures to wake up before midnight. The primary role for the first woman is decision-making within the home, unless there is a necessity. It is not permissible for her to travel without a mahram except for obligatory Hajj and Umrah with a trusted company.
