What is the ruling regarding the prayers of a woman who prayed Asr before its time due to the unavailability of a place to pray, and what is incumbent upon her concerning the Isha prayer that she performed before the Adhan, which is usually delayed, and what is the ruling concerning her prayers in which she relied on her family's estimation of the Adhan time in an area where it cannot be heard, and what is incumbent upon her concerning prayers that she delayed until she presumed the time had entered?
Her prayer is not valid before its prescribed time. She could have combined the two prayers by performing the earlier combination (Jam' Taqdeem) due to necessity. She must investigate the number of missed prayers and make them up with certainty or a strong presumption (ghalabat al-dhann). As for her prayer when she had a strong presumption that the time had entered, it is valid, and nothing is required of her unless she becomes certain of the contrary. Therefore, her prayers mentioned in the second and third questions are valid, and she is not required to repeat them.
