What are the regulations for expediting the distribution of Zakat al-Fitr and Zakat al-Mal?

Zakat al-Fitr becomes obligatory at sunset on the last day of Ramadan, and it is permissible to pay it one or two days in advance. Giving it to an organization is considered delegating them, and it is permissible at any time provided it is distributed at its prescribed legal time. As for Zakat on wealth, it is permissible to pay it in advance for only two years, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) narration regarding the expedited payment of Al-Abbas's charity.
