What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate, if the heirs are: a pregnant wife, a mother, a father, two sons, and seven full brothers?

If the deceased's heirs are limited to their parents, wife, child, and pregnant wife, then the siblings receive nothing, as they are excluded by the ascendants and descendants.

The inheritance is divided as follows: the wife receives one-eighth, and each of the parents receives one-sixth. The remainder goes to the two sons and the fetus if it is born alive.

Inheritance cases involving a pregnancy are considered "problematic cases" and are not divided until the pregnant woman gives birth or the pregnancy is negated.

It is permissible to expedite the division of the ascertained portion of the inheritance if the heirs request it. In this case, the wife is given her one-eighth, and each parent is given their one-sixth. The remaining 13 shares, which constitute the share of the asabah (residuaries), are withheld until the status of the pregnancy becomes clear.

The inheritance is divided into 24 shares: the father receives 4 shares, the mother receives 4 shares, and the wife receives 3 shares.

It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation before division, due to the possible presence of wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
