Is the statement of the girl's father, "And I have accepted this marriage before everyone and in the presence of witnesses," along with his daughter's consent, the agreed-upon dowry, and the recitation of Al-Fatiha, considered a valid marriage contract?

The formula is one of the pillars of the marriage contract, and it consists of offer and acceptance. The preponderant opinion is that marriage is concluded by any formula commonly recognized by people, as Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Marriage is concluded by whatever people consider marriage, in any language, word, or action." Based on this, if the contract was performed in the manner mentioned, then it is a valid marriage.
