What is the expiation for intentionally breaking the fast for 110-120 days of Ramadan, and is it fasting, or fasting and expiation, or expiation only, and what is the amount of expiation in Moroccan Dirhams for each day, and to whom should it be given?

Delaying the make-up of fasts until the following Ramadan without a valid excuse is not permissible according to the majority of scholars. If the delay was due to an excuse or ignorance of the obligation to make up the fast, then the questioner is only required to make up the days she missed. However, if the delay was without an excuse and she was aware of the ruling, then she must repent, make up the fasts, and pay expiation (kaffarah) for each day, which is one mudd of food (approximately 750 grams of rice) for each needy person. The monetary value is not sufficient according to the majority. It is permissible to give the expiation to several needy people or to one needy person for all the days.
