Why is doing good deeds misunderstood when I do them, which forces me to be silent?

Do good and do not care about what people say, because pleasing them is an unattainable goal. Let your first and last concern be pleasing Allah. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Whoever pleases people by the wrath of Allah, Allah will abandon him to people. And whoever angers people by the pleasure of Allah, Allah will suffice him against the burden of people."
