Does it obligate me to feed six poor people to complete the expiation after breaking an oath that was sworn upon the Qur’an, or [does it obligate me to feed] ten other poor people after I fed four poor people and broke the oath on the same day as feeding them?

If a person swears by the Qur’an and then breaks their oath, an expiation for the oath (kaffarat yameen) becomes obligatory upon them. If they feed four needy persons and then return to commit the same sin, a single expiation for the oath is incumbent upon them, provided the wording of the oath did not imply repetition, or they did not intend to repeat the breaking of the oath. In this case, it suffices for them to complete the expiation by feeding six more needy persons. However, if two expiations became obligatory upon them, they must complete the first expiation.
