Where and when was the oldest Uthmanic Mushaf written, and where is it located?

The oldest existing copy of the Holy Quran is the one attributed to our master Uthman ibn Affan, preserved in Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, dating back more than 1400 years. A copy of it is available at the Qatar Islamic Cultural Center in Doha.
