What is incumbent upon me if I swore—while angry—not to play football with certain people, and is it sufficient to hand over the monetary value of feeding ten needy persons to a charity if an expiation for breaking an oath is incumbent upon me?

Anger does not prevent the breaking of an oath unless it deprives the person of consciousness and awareness. If you broke your oath due to playing with someone you swore not to play with, you are required to offer an expiation for breaking an oath, which is: feeding ten poor persons from the average of what you feed your own families, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. But whoever cannot find [the means] - then a fast of three days. It is permissible for you to hand over the expiation yourself directly or through reliable charitable organizations.
