What is the share of each heir from (11 full brothers), and (a mother), and (4 daughters), and (the deceased's wife)?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the mother inherits one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant and a plurality of siblings. The daughters inherit two-thirds, as Allah Almighty says: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The wife inherits one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and the full brothers inherit the remainder by ta'sib (residuary heirship) according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the nearest male relative." The inheritance is divided into 264 shares: the mother receives 44 shares, the wife receives 33 shares, the daughters receive 176 shares (44 shares for each), and each full brother receives one share. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts to ascertain the existence of wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
