How is the inheritance of a man who died leaving no children, but a wife, full brothers, and a half-brother and a half-sister from his mother's side, distributed?

If a man dies and leaves a wife, his wife receives one-fourth of the inheritance, as stated in the Almighty's words: ﴿And for them is one fourth of what you leave if you do not have a child.﴾ [An-Nisa: 12].

As for his brother and sister from the mother's side, they receive one-third of the inheritance, as stated in the Almighty's words: ﴿And if a man or a woman leaves neither parents nor children, and he has a brother or a sister (from his mother’s side)﴾ [An-Nisa: 12]. Ibn Kathir explained in his tafsir that what is meant here are siblings from the mother's side, and that their males and females are equal in inheritance, and they do not exceed one-third.

As for full siblings, they take the remainder of the wealth by ta'sib (residuary heir), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the nearest male relative."
